SWW’s are planning to move as much of their untreated sewage discharges as possible through their upgraded outfall pipe off Straight Point. Their own modelling shows an E-Coli plume impacting Budleigh’s bathing water, but they state this will have a ‘negligible impact’. Does that statement really stack up?
